Liminal is a financial technology platform headquartered in London (41 Pitfield Street, N1 6DA). It provides savings, payments, investing, and AI-powered financial insights through a single mobile app available on iOS and Android.

Liminal is not a bank and does not hold a banking licence. It is a technology platform that connects users to regulated financial services through licensed partners. User funds are held in individual, self-custodial wallets through Privy (part of Stripe), stored in USDC — a fully backed stablecoin issued by Circle. Funds are never pooled or re-lent. There is no FSCS deposit protection.
